Stonesfield Primary School offers a wide range of enrichment opportunities within the school day. Forest School is a major part of our school curriculum for all year groups and has multiple benefits. During theses sessions children can work towards their Junior Forester Award. Oxfordshire Music Service teach our Year 5 children a musical instrument (in 2021-22, the ukulele) and also offer individual and small group tuition. Windrush Bike Project offer Bikeability cycle training levels 1-3 resulting in our Year 6 children having the skills and confidence to cycle to Marlborough School in Woodstock. During 2020-21 all pupils participated in the Big Science Event organised by Science Oxford – one dazzling group of Year 3/4 scientists reached the grand final.
